By accessing and using LofiLedger ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

LofiLedger is a freemium cryptocurrency analytics platform that provides daily market data, interactive charts, and risk analytics for digital assets. The Service is provided for informational and educational purposes only.

3. Educational Content & Gamified Elements

4. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

We use Supabase for authentication. By creating an account, you consent to our privacy practices as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Premium features of LofiLedger are available through paid subscription tiers managed by Paddle, our payments processor. Subscription fees are billed according to the plan you select.

By subscribing, you authorize Paddle to charge your payment method at the frequency you selected. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of your billing cycle.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes apply to new subscriptions and renewals.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Harass, abuse, or threaten any person or organization
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Reproduce, distribute, or transmit any content without permission
• Spam or send unsolicited communications
• Interfere with the operation or security of the Service

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, charts, and data) are the exclusive property of LofiLedger and its content suppliers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to view and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

9. Third-Party Services

LofiLedger uses Supabase for authentication and database services, and Paddle for payment processing. These services are subject to their own terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their conduct or any issues arising from their services.

Market data is sourced from public APIs and third-party data providers. We do not guarantee the accuracy of this data.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service is operated, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in that jurisdiction.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify users of significant changes. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
